Client side browser changes

To All Restoration Manager.NET™ Users,

Service Software released Restoration Manager.NET™ version 3.0, on January 6, 2007.

Version 3.0 Marked a significant release for Restoration Manager.NET™ and was designed for Internet Explorer 6.0 and 7.0. As with any software upgrade there are things that come up that will need to be addressed. We would like you to take this time to verify or change a few settings in your browsers to correct a non-critical issue we found. Share this email with everyone who uses Restoration Manager.NET™.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Click on Tools, Internet Options.
  2. Click the ‘Delete Files’ button.
  3. Check the box ‘Delete all offline content’ and click OK. (IE 6)

    or
  4. Click the button ‘Delete all... ’ and click Yes. (IE 7)

  5. Click the settings button.
    Click here to see an image of the settings pain for IE 7.
  6. Change to match the images (IE 6 in first image, IE 7 above).
  7. Click OK to get out.
  8. Close the browser and use a new browser so that the settings change will take effect.
