Your team in the field can easily access important job information using the Restoration Manager mobile app, MangeIT Mobile, which gives them access to job information at all times. They can:

  • Get turn by turn directions to job sites
  • Take, upload, and annotate photos

The app links to XactAnalyis, so your field personnel can send job notes, signed documents, and photos right into XactAnalysis.

You can build work orders manually by entering line items and costs. Or, you can import your estimates directly from Xactimate, which helps you save a ton of time and potential mistakes.

Restoration Manager’s Gantt schedule keeps you up to date on which work orders have been completed, are due that day, are overdue, and are due in the future. With dependencies, if one work order is rescheduled, all other dependent work orders are adjusted on your schedule automatically, triggering notifications to your team and subcontractors.

Restoration Manager’s new compliance tasks feature makes it easy to stay on schedule. It automatically reminds your team members of tasks they need to complete in order to keep your repair jobs from falling behind. You can access this tool in the office as well as on the mobile app.
